Duties:

• Provide service, repair, installation, and or propose replacement of plumbing components, accessories, and equipment. including clogged drains, leaky pipes, toilets, faucets, water heaters, fixtures, valves, bath tubs, showers, water services, sewer mains, sump, ejector, and or effluent pumps, septic systems/fields, disposals, water purifiers, recirculation systems, etc.
• Ability to use a sewer auger and high pressure water jetter is a plus.
• Provide routine maintenance on equipment per the manufacturer’s requirements & recommendations.
• Answer equipment related questions and explain proper operation. Communicate the diagnostic and repair process with the customer, dispatcher, & service manager as needed.
• Promote products and services, developing leads and selling service maintenance contracts.
• Perform required documentation for each service call, recording recommendations, repairs, & equipment specific readings.
• Gathering customer’s signature and collect payment, as required.

Requirements:

• Valid Drivers License.
• Minimum of 3 years of Plumbing service experience or Trade School Diploma.
• Good working knowledge of Plumbing systems and equipment.
• Customer service oriented.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Complete all duties assigned.
• HVAC experience is a plus.
